Robert Welsh - Personal Trainer

I am a London based mobile personal trainer, helping clients reach their fitness and lifestyle goals in the comfort of their own home. 

Here in London we all lead busy lives and its often hard to find the time you deserve to restore your body with glorious and natural endorphins. 

Here is where I come in!

I visit clients wherever and whenever suits them, allowing the training sessions to simply slot into their busy schedules.

Welcome!

My name is Robert and I am a London based qualified personal trainer with a strong belief in finding a unique approach for each client that comes to me for help. 

I was born in Sunderland and spent most of my youth working in a dark, depressing factory. I decided one day that my life was worth so much and moved to London to follow a passion of healthy living, both mentally and physically. I am now pleased to say that the factory life is a distant memory and I now spend my days helping clients achieve their own goals. It is my aim to help others feel as energetic and full of life as I do now, and to show people that, with the right tools, permanent changes can be made for the better!

I am a believer in fitness being a lifestyle, but a totally achievable one that doesn't entail eating kale for 3 meals a day. I look to build programmes around what my clients enjoy and what challenges them (because nothing feels better than overcoming a challenge and moving onto the next - trust me!).

With so many fad diets and crazy training programmes it can be extremely difficult to differentiate between the good, the bad and the dangerous! I am a firm believer in keeping your programmes easy to follow, flexible and, with some lifestyle changes, totally achievable. 

What I believe is simple and has not once been challenged along this mad journey of health upon which we seem to have embarked, and that is the following:

'If you nourish yourself with naturally clean and healthy food, and exercise regularly, your mind and body will reach its own personal peak performance. You will in turn become the best version of yourself that you can possibly be.'

Type of Training 

As a personal trainer I specialise in weight loss, fitness and toning. 

I aim to vary your workouts to challenge you, yet also inspire you. 

It is my job as a trainer to ensure you leave feeling energised and exercised and of course reach your own goals - whether that be fat loss/muscle gain/ mental stimulation or all of the above! 

Below are a few examples of techniques you will learn and love along the way.

Boxing for fitness

I am fully qualified Hatton academy boxing instructor (that basically just means I know exactly what i'm doing!). 

Boxing has a HUGE amount of health benefits as well as being incredibly fun and stress relieving. 

Boxing is an incredibly effective calorie burning cardio workout (up to 500 calories per session), whilst also tones and strengthens those gorgeous muscles.

Body Conditioning

Body conditioning is designed to provide total fitness and over all toning through working out every major muscle group in one workout. 

You will discover a level of fitness you never knew possible with high impact, high energy and highly emotional workouts!

Resistance Training

Resistance training is another name for exercising your muscles using an opposing force. 

This is done with the use of TRX bands, Kettle-bells, dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight. 

This type of training is a great little fat burner and body toner!
