1-2-1 training at your home or local park - £65 per hour

10 sessions - £600

Lunchtime slot - I offer a 30 minute high intensity lunchtime slot, this is great for those who are short on time but keen to get lean! I can come to your home or office in London - £40 per half hour. 


Couples 

Couples training - £35 each per hour 

10 sessions - £650

Enjoy training with a loved one or friends and family at a reduced rate per person. Engage in some healthy competition and great fun. 


D.I.Y

With my help and guidance of course

One of my most popular styles of training is the DIY package. This involves us meeting once a month to devise your own workout and nutritional plan to follow at home or local gym. I am with you every step of the way and we have a catch up phone call every week to see how you are getting on and what we may need to adapt. I am also only a WhatsApp away should you be needing some motivation or advice!

It is my goal as a trainer to help as many people as possible to be in control of their own health journey and live their best life to absolute fullest.

This package is £100 a month and includes

  • Tailored nutritional plan that suits YOU and YOUR lifestyle

  • Varied at home/gym workouts that change weekly to keep you motivated and challenged

  • A weekly phone call from me to check in

  • My advice available if and when you need it

  • And all the other benefits my clients get such as reading material and weekly tasks for your mind as well as body.

I only take on 4 clients monthly to ensure they are receiving the dedicated help they deserve.
